These Terms of Service govern your use of Samkor Systems' website design and management services. By submitting a request to work with us or by making a payment, you agree to these terms. Please read them before getting started.
Samkor Systems builds and maintains websites for local businesses. Our services include design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. We offer three service tiers:
Before any payment is collected, we'll build a free preview of your new site based on the information you provide at signup. We will contact you within 24 hours to share the preview. You are not obligated to pay anything until you've reviewed the preview and decided to move forward.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information at checkout, you authorize us to charge your card for the plan you select. For the monthly plan, your card will be charged $99 at the start and $149 on the same date each month thereafter. For the annual plan, your card will be charged $1,299 once per year at renewal. We'll send a receipt to your email address after each charge.
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically and notify you by email. Continued non-payment may result in your site being taken offline.
You can cancel the monthly or annual plan at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel the monthly plan, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. If you cancel an annual plan, we do not offer partial refunds for unused months — access continues through the end of your annual term.
When you cancel, we'll give you the HTML file for your site so you're never left with nothing. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
The monthly and annual plans include one update request per month. An update request covers content changes to your existing site — updating contact information, business hours, or an address; swapping a photo; editing service descriptions or pricing copy. One request per month is included. Additional requests are $79 each.
Update requests do not cover full redesigns, new pages, or major structural changes. If you need work that falls outside the scope of an update request, we'll let you know upfront and provide a separate quote.
Any content you provide — logos, photos, copy, and brand assets — remains yours. The design system and code we use to build your site was created by us and is our intellectual property. Upon cancellation, we'll export your site as an HTML file for you to keep. You may not resell or redistribute our design templates.
We host all monthly and annual plan sites on reliable infrastructure and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting failures, domain registration issues controlled by you, or events outside our reasonable control.
Samkor Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after that point means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
